Joni comes into recruitment with a passion for connecting individuals with opportunities and assisting businesses in achieving their goals. Drawing on a background in MSD, where she supported individual’s in overcoming life’s challenges and more recently, in property management achieving tenant satisfaction and maximising owners investment bringing a wealth of experience in relationship building and candidate selection.

Joni’s favourite thing about recruitment is that she gets to chat to people all day everyday – building new connections and developing old ones!
