Drive Recruitment Limited respects your right to control your personal information. This page explains how to request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, including any data received through our Facebook Page or Facebook Messenger.
How to request deletion
Email office@driverecruitment.co.nz with the subject line “Data deletion request” and include:
- Your full name.
- The details you used to contact us (for example, the phone number, email, or the Facebook name you messaged us from).
Facebook Messenger data
If you contacted us through our Facebook Page and want your messages and associated information removed, please tell us the Facebook name you used. We will delete the related conversation data from our internal systems.
What happens next
We will verify your request, delete the personal information we hold about you within 30 days (except where we are legally required to keep certain records), and confirm by email once it is done.
