Information we collect
- Candidates: name, contact details, work history, licences and certifications, availability and other details you provide when registering or applying for work.
- Clients: business and contact details needed to provide recruitment services.
- Website visitors: standard technical and analytics information (such as cookies) to operate and improve our website.
- Social media & messaging: when you message our Facebook Page (via Facebook or Messenger), we receive the content of your message and your basic public profile information (such as your name) so our team can read and respond to you.
How we use your information
- To provide recruitment services — registering candidates, matching people to roles, and supporting placements.
- To respond to your enquiries, including messages you send us on Facebook Messenger.
- To communicate with you about work opportunities you have expressed interest in.
- To meet our legal and health & safety obligations.
Facebook Messenger and social media
When you contact us through our Facebook Page, Meta shares your message and basic profile information with us so our recruitment team can respond from our internal staff system. We use this information only to reply to your enquiry and assist you with recruitment. We do not use Messenger data for advertising and we do not sell or share it with unrelated third parties. You can ask us to delete this data at any time — see “Deleting your data” below.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share candidate information with prospective employers (our clients) only as part of providing recruitment services and with your knowledge. We may use trusted service providers (for example, IT and hosting) who are bound by confidentiality, and we may disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
Deleting your data

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
