Jordan is a Senior Business Development Consultant at Drive Recruitment, bringing nearly 20 years of experience across the construction, civil, logistics, and warehousing sectors.

He began his career as a qualified carpenter, spending 10 years on the tools. This hands-on experience gave him a strong understanding of site operations and what it takes to succeed in blue-collar environments, as well as the ability to recognise the right people for the right roles.

After transitioning into recruitment, Jordan later returned to the building industry to stay closely connected to the sector before moving back into recruitment. He now focuses on business development, strengthening client relationships, and delivering effective hiring solutions across the Lower North Island.

Outside of work, Jordan is a proud father to a 6-year-old daughter and identical twin boys aged 3. He’s also kept busy by his two Labradors, who he considers part of the family. In his spare time, he enjoys sports, the outdoors, and spending time with family, and is currently training for a marathon in August 2026.
